Ecommerce Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Ecommerce Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products, design services, installation services and project-related services supplied by Indoor Entertainment, S.L. trading as Black Box Golf.
By placing an order, requesting a quotation, paying a deposit or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Orders
Orders may be placed:
- Through our website
- Through quotation acceptance
- Through written agreement
- Through authorised payment of deposits
An order is not deemed accepted until confirmed by Black Box Golf.
We reserve the right to decline any order.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed are subject to change without notice.
Pricing errors, specification errors and availability errors may be corrected at any time.
Applicable taxes will be shown where required.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, simulator and project-based installations shall follow the payment structure below:
- 60% deposit upon order confirmation
- 20% payable four weeks prior to installation or dispatch
- 20% payable immediately upon completion of installation
Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension of production, delivery, installation or support services.
7. Deposits
Deposits secure production capacity, project scheduling, procurement commitments, design services, administrative resources and material purchases.
Upon receipt of a deposit, Black Box Golf may immediately commence project planning, design work, procurement activities and supplier commitments on behalf of the customer.
Deposits represent a genuine pre-estimate of costs incurred and commitments entered into by Black Box Golf and are therefore non-refundable once project work, procurement, production, configuration or scheduling activities have commenced.
Where a customer cancels a project after payment of a deposit, Black Box Golf reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit to cover costs, commitments and losses reasonably incurred.
Nothing within this clause affects any statutory consumer rights which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products
Many products supplied by Black Box Golf are manufactured, configured or produced specifically for individual customer requirements.
Examples include:
- Impact screens
- Simulator enclosures
- Wall padding
- Ceiling padding
- Curtains
- Putting greens
- Custom simulator packages
- Commercial installations
- Project-specific fabricated products
Once production, procurement, configuration or fabrication has commenced, such products may not be cancelled, returned or refunded.
9. Design Services and Intellectual Property
All project concepts, layouts, drawings, renders, visualisations, specifications, CAD files, SketchUp models and technical documentation remain the intellectual property of Black Box Golf.
The provision of quotations, consultations, concept designs or visualisations does not transfer ownership rights.
No design, drawing, layout or specification may be reproduced, distributed, built from or provided to third parties without prior written consent.
Future design services may be subject to separate fees and agreements.
10. Site Readiness
Customers are responsible for ensuring installation sites are fully prepared before scheduled installation dates.
This includes:
- Electrical works
- Network and internet services
- Building works
- Decorating
- Flooring
- Structural works
- Access arrangements
- Room readiness
Any delay caused by incomplete site preparation may result in additional charges.
11. Installation Delays
Where installation cannot proceed due to customer actions, omissions, site conditions or third-party delays, Black Box Golf reserves the right to charge its standard daily installation rate together with any associated travel, accommodation, labour and scheduling costs.
Additional installation visits may be charged separately.
12. Delivery
Delivery dates and installation schedules are estimates only.
While we endeavour to meet estimated dates, Black Box Golf shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Manufacturers
- Suppliers
- Freight providers
- Customs procedures
- Weather events
- Force majeure
13. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect goods upon receipt.
Any visible damage, shortages or discrepancies should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, before installation commences.
14. Returns, Cancellations and Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Standard Products
Consumers purchasing standard, non-customised products online may be entitled to a statutory 14-day withdrawal period under applicable consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a person nominated by the customer, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Black Box Golf in writing before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be complete
- Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible
- Be in a condition suitable for resale
Unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Bespoke and Custom Products
The statutory withdrawal period does not apply to products manufactured, configured, customised or produced to the customer’s specifications where permitted by law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom impact screens
- Simulator enclosures
- Wall padding
- Ceiling padding
- Curtains
- Putting greens
- Custom simulator packages
- Commercial installations
- Bespoke fabricated products
Once production, procurement, fabrication or configuration has commenced, such products may not be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Design Services
Where customers engage Black Box Golf to provide design services, consultations, technical specifications, layouts, drawings, visualisations, renders or project planning services, cancellation rights may be limited or excluded once such services have commenced or been delivered.
Installation Services
Where installation services have commenced, cancellation rights shall cease to apply to the completed portion of the services already performed.
Faulty Goods
Nothing within these Terms affects a customer’s statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.15. Warranty
Manufacturer Warranty
Products supplied by third-party manufacturers are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Examples include:
- Launch monitors
- Computers
- Projectors
- Touchscreens
- Electronic equipment
Black Box Golf Fabrication Warranty
Black Box Golf provides a three-month materials and labour warranty on fabricated products including:
- Impact screens
- Wall padding
- Ceiling padding
- Curtains
The warranty period commences from installation or delivery date.
The warranty excludes:
- Misuse
- Accidental damage
- Commercial wear beyond normal expectations
- Modifications by third parties
- Improper maintenance
16. Retention of Title
Ownership of goods remains with Black Box Golf until all sums due have been paid in full.
Black Box Golf reserves the right to recover goods where payment obligations remain outstanding.
17. Commercial Customers
Certain statutory consumer rights may not apply to business-to-business transactions.
Commercial projects may be subject to separate contractual agreements.
18. Late Payments
Black Box Golf reserves the right to:
- Suspend deliveries
- Suspend installations
- Suspend support services
- Charge statutory interest
- Recover reasonable debt recovery costs
- Pursue legal remedies
in respect of overdue invoices.
19. Project Photography
Black Box Golf may request permission to photograph completed projects for use in:
- Website portfolios
- Case studies
- Marketing materials
- Social media
Customer consent will be obtained before publication.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Box Golf’s liability shall be limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.
Black Box Golf shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or business losses.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
22. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
