Premium Indoor Putting Greens Designed for Practice & Play
Bring the golf course closer to home with a bespoke indoor putting green from Black Box Golf....
Practice Without Leaving Home
For many golfers, putting is where scores are won and lost.
An indoor putting green allows you to practise one of the most important parts of the game whenever it suits you. There is no need to travel to the course or wait for favourable weather conditions. Instead, you can step onto your own putting surface and work on your technique at any time of day.
Whether you are working on distance control, improving your alignment or building confidence over short putts, having a dedicated practice area makes it easier to develop consistent habits. Even a few minutes of focused practice can make a noticeable difference over time.
From quick practice sessions to longer training routines, an indoor putting green makes consistent improvement easier, more convenient and far more accessible.
Why Choose an Indoor Putting Green?
Improve Your Short Game
Putting accounts for a significant portion of every round.
Regular practice can help golfers build confidence, improve distance control and develop a more consistent stroke. Having access to a putting green at home encourages frequent practice and creates opportunities to refine key skills throughout the year.
Unlike occasional practice sessions at the golf club, an indoor putting green allows you to work on your game whenever you have spare time. This consistency often leads to greater confidence on the course and a better understanding of pace, accuracy and green reading.
Enjoy Golf Every Day
Not every golfer has time for a full round.
An indoor putting green provides a simple way to stay connected to the game between visits to the course. Even a few minutes of practice each day can help maintain confidence and consistency on the greens.
It also creates an opportunity to enjoy golf in a more relaxed setting. Whether you are practising before work, unwinding in the evening or spending time with family at the weekend, an indoor putting green allows you to enjoy the game on your own schedule.
A Unique Feature for Your Property
A professionally installed putting green adds character and purpose to a space.
Whether incorporated into a games room, basement, leisure area or dedicated golf room, a custom putting green creates a striking feature that can be enjoyed by both golfers and guests.
Beyond its practical benefits, it can also become a talking point within the home. Carefully designed putting greens complement modern interiors and luxury properties, creating a space that feels both functional and visually impressive.
Suitable for All Ages
Indoor putting greens offer a relaxed and accessible golf experience for players of all abilities.
They can be enjoyed by experienced golfers looking to improve their game, as well as family members and visitors who simply want to have fun.
Because putting requires no specialist knowledge or physical strength, it is an activity that can be enjoyed by children, adults and older players alike. This makes an indoor putting green a versatile addition to any home, creating opportunities for friendly competition and shared enjoyment throughout the year.
Designed Around Your Space
No two projects are the same.
Our team designs custom indoor putting greens to suit the available area, intended use and overall style of the property. From compact practice greens to larger installations with multiple holes and contours, every project is tailored to create the best possible experience.
We carefully consider shape, speed, breaks and surrounding finishes to create a surface that looks exceptional and performs beautifully. Every detail is planned to ensure the putting green feels like a natural part of the room rather than an afterthought.
The result is a bespoke installation that combines performance, aesthetics and long-term enjoyment.

The ideal room size depends on the golfer's height, swing style and the technology being used. As a general guide, we recommend a minimum ceiling height of 2.9m, room width of 3.5m and room depth of 5.5m. Larger rooms provide a more comfortable experience and allow for greater flexibility when selecting launch monitor technology. An ideal room would measure 4.8m wide x 3m high x 6m deep.

There is no single best solution. The right technology depends on your goals, budget and available space. We work with leading brands including Trackman, Uneekor, TruGolf, GolfJoy and K-Golf to ensure we can recommend the most suitable solution.
Different launch monitors excel in different areas. Some prioritise simulation accuracy, some offer advanced club data, while others provide exceptional value for money. Offering multiple brands allows us to recommend the right solution rather than forcing clients into a single ecosystem. However, we don’t work with every brand on the market, only with those we strongly believe offer the best solutions for each client.
Trackman is widely regarded as one of the most accurate and trusted launch monitors in the world. It is used extensively by professional golfers, coaches and club fitters. However, depending on your needs, other technologies may offer advantages in specific situations. In many cases Trackman offers our clients the best possible solution for their project.
Trackman uses sophisticated dual-radar technology and provides highly detailed ball flight and club data. It is trusted by many of the world's leading golf professionals and coaching facilities. Trackman IO now also offers a Home package that has a reduced number of golf courses and slightly limited functionality which makes its price point more comparable to other available brands.
Trackman primarily uses radar technology, while Uneekor uses high-speed camera systems. Both provide excellent performance, but the best choice often depends on room dimensions, intended use, software preferences and budget.
Many modern systems accommodate both left and right-handed golfers. We can recommend the most suitable options depending on how frequently both player types will use the simulator. More important is the space that is available for the golf simulator as this will determine which left and right-handed options can be used.
